Carrie Evans is a pet behaviour counsellor seeing dogs, cats, rabbits and birds with behaviour problems through veterinary referrals. Based in Cleveland she holds regular monthly referral clinics from veterinary practices in Stockton, Newcastle upon Tyne, Skipton, Hebden Bridge and Windermere. Carrie holds a Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour and Training and is a member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors and Centre of Applied Pet Ethology. She specialises in cases of aggression, multi pet households and neurological problems affecting behaviour. She is author of the Well Mannered Dog, a comprehensive booklet about raising a problem free adolescent dog.
With over 20 years experience with companion animals Carrie is often called upon as an expert witness for court cases. She deals with problems such as aggression, nervousness, fears, phobias, inappropriate toileting, separation problems, barking, excitability, car behaviour, spraying, and much more. She appears regularly on BBC radio Cleveland and featured in Tyne Tees ‘It’s a Dog’s Life’, she also runs successful puppy socialisation and pet dog training classes and is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. |
